CLEO Library for GTA San Andreas Mods

Some GTA Mods needs CLEO Library to function and we’re introducing the latest CLEO 4.

It has over 100 great opcodes that is capable of working with external files, changing the game memory, calling .exe functions with custom parameters and much more. It will also work with audio streams, to format strings, to display custom texts on screen without using external text files (.fxt, .gxt).

CLEO 4 works with three GTA episodes: GTA III, Vice City, and San Andreas
